As a therapist, my goal is to foster a warm, safe, non-judgmental environment for my clients’ self-discovery and healing. I support my clients to build on their intrinsic skills and strengths so that they can navigate through difficult periods and life transitions in ways that foster growth and well-being.
I have worked with people who experience anxiety, depression, self-doubt, trauma, relationship dysfunction, people on the autism spectrum and people who struggle with accepting change. I use a variety of therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Theory and Attachment Theory. I cater my approach to each client, and put their needs in the center of the therapeutic alliance.
