Life is filled with confusing patterns that often makes us feel as though we were looking at an abstract painting at the museum. Often times trying to make sense of these patterns can be a difficult and daunting journey. My goal is to help you navigate through this journey and show you ways to appreciate the abstract painting that life can be! I specialize in working with college students, graduates, people going through major life changes and who want to develop an effective way to tune in with their emotions, people who are highly sensitive, and people who have not had a prior good experience in therapy. I also specialize in working with young adults who are trying to make sense of the confusing and contradictory messages of who they can and should be.

I am a relational and interpersonal therapist with experience in trauma informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and interpersonal therapy. I believe in the importance of creating a genuine relationship with my clients that is geared towards helping them discover their identity and live a more fulfilling life. You’ll find that as we go on this journey, you will experience new ways of feeling and thinking about yourself, your relationships, and the world.
