Whether you are going through a life transition or are suffering from long-term lived experiences, I aim to support you step into alignment with your true self. I work with clients to create a balanced life by treating the mind, heart, and body. My work is informed by my passion for social justice and ways systemic inequality may be affecting people on a personal level. I use an eclectic approach that is individually tailored to meet your needs. In our work together we will likely explore thought and behavior patterns, cultivate self-compassion, and practice grounding the body. I am here to listen and provide guidance towards conscious and lasting change.
