Perhaps the relationships around you don’t feel great right now, and you’re trying to make sense of it all. Or maybe something’s happened – a fight with a friend/family member, a break-up with a partner, a betrayal from someone important in your life – and you’re feeling sadness, anxiety, shame or confusion. This is understandable. I can help you manage these emotions in a way that support healing.
I work with individuals and couples who want help in having better relationships with themselves and others. I work in a deeply collaborative way to co-create what happens in sessions: you bring your expertise in your life and I bring my expertise as a mental health professional.
It takes a great deal of courage and radical self-love to seek support. Walking with you on this journey to wholeness and wellness – whatever that looks like for you – is the most important thing to me. I work from a trauma and culturally-informed perspective, taking mindful care of you, your background, and past experiences.
