When in session, I will create intentional space for you to reflect and feel supported by another person that is curious, empathetic, compassionate, and can offer support through life’s challenges. My intent as a therapist is to become a mirror, reflecting your deepest desires, life purpose, and identify the patterns that hold you back from living your fullest life. I work with a variety of modalities and specialize in offering the integrative and experiential approach of breathwork in psychotherapy, which as the potential to supercharge your therapeutic process, uncovering unconscious content and helping you become less “stuck”, feel more open, full of gratitude, and hopeful. The insight that comes from working with me will be channeled into creating stronger relationships with yourself, with others, help you laugh more, speak your truth, and empower you in living a life full of meaning, adventure, and purpose.
