ResilienceLab’s goal-focused coaching program is rooted in emotional wellbeing. Through a personalized, data-driven approach, you will work with a coach to co-create a plan that supports improving your emotional wellbeing and achieving your goals via setting weekly action steps, accountability, and the application of evidenced-based tools.
Coaching is designed to fit seamlessly into your day through 30-minute Online or In Real Life sessions.
$200 for the assessment and $100 for a 30 minutes session / $150 for a 45 minutes session.
The session cost for you varies based on insurance coverage and benefits. Our sessions are available wherever you are, online or offline in one of our offices.
Our Nutrition Coaching services are in network with Aetna, Cigna and Blue Cross Blue Shield and credentialed with multiple insurance providers. We are currently considered Out-of-Network. We provide a superbill for you to submit for Out-of-Network benefits.
